I love this place for what it is. I've only ever done eyebrow waxing here, but I keep coming back for more. It's pretty bare bones, but you're also playing like $12. Jennifer. the owner, usually does the waxing and shuffles you in a little room in back that's not the prettiest site, and gets to work. I gotta say-- for the price, I'm always very very happy with how she does my brows. Very symmetrical, clean work and gets great arch. I was really wowed when I left last week-- couldn't have asked for anything better from a fancy shmancy salon. I lived in Boston for 5 years, and whenever I am back in town I still go to Jennifer. She has always fit me in for appointments, and does a fabulous job on my nails!

They do the best french gel manicures in Boston. I've tried many places all over the city. My french gel manicures are the most precise and last the longest when I get them done at Jennifer's nails. My manicures last between 2-3 weeks. The price is $32 I believe. Bring cash because you cannot tip on a debit card. I also love how the owner typically checks your nails and asks if you like them before you leave.

I had to get my nails done for this weekend, and since I'm new to boston, I needed to find a solid nail salon. I expected to plunk down about $20 for a manicure on Newbury St., so I was thrilled when I walked into the busiest nail salon (trust the masses!) and was quoted $13. A week later, my nails still look nice. Check plus for money well spent.

Can't say enough good things about the total experience here. First off they made me feel like a total queen on a day that I really needed it. Very clean and very nice helpers. Although they were extremely busy they always made me feel special. I'm new to the city but I'm a huge fan now of this place and will be coming back all the time! When I left the owner was in the front & couldn't be any nicer to me. I'm from across the country but this place made me feel totally at home 🙂 Thanks Jen!

Just had a pedicure with Daisy. Wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. She was very thorough with the clipping, filing and cuticle trimming. The massage was awesome! Not the 30 second slap on the lotion they usually give you. She actually got in there and worked out some kinks in my calves and the bottom of my feet. The polish was perfect. On the toe nails, not on the skin. At one point, Daisy saw me looking at my feet under the dryer and wanted to be sure I was happy with the pedicure. I am happy. Will be back.

I go here regularly for about a year. They do a great job, and by now recognize me when I stop by. They already know what I like and it feels very nice to come in. The best, in my view, is that the owner treats the girls with respect and they seem to be happy working there. Happy Staff, happy costumer 🙂 Good service, super fast, and cheap! Perfect. Only thing is, it's not a relaxing or quiet atmosphere. This place is always busy! I have been going to this salon for a year and a half. I made the mistake of going somewhere else a couple of months back and boy was I sorry. Won't make that mistake again!! The staff is great and the prices are reasonable. But really, I go back because the staff is so friendly. Remember to bring cash for your tip. I really, REALLY like this nail salon! I have acrylic nails and have come here several times for fills. Each and every time, they have done a great job. I am in and out in under an hour (including 10 minutes for drying) and my nails looks great for 2, even 3 weeks! Pricing is also reasonable-$22 for a fill-in. The salon appears clean and sanitary. They have a great selection of polishes that are clearly new and not discolored (like many other nail salons). Staff is also friendly and helpful. I have not gotten a pedicure here just yet, but I probably will. I have been to many, many nail salons and have always been disappointed. So, far this is my favorite! Glad it is close to my home! Would definitely recommend. Can't say enough good things about the total experience here.
